WE HAVE CHANGED OUR CLASS FORMAT !!!
Some folks enjoy the exercise component of Kickboxing training and DO NOT relish the idea of getting hit.
Some folks enjoy the physical and mental challenges of martial arts strategy combined with physical contact.
Some folks want to supercharge their self defense skills.
We now have a format that meets all of these objectives! Our Express Boxing Program provides the benefits of interval endurance training with practical kickboxing training. The only thing getting hit is your punching bag! You will have a more coordinated and trim body with improved abilities to meet peak physical demands.
Our Kickboxing Sparring Program provides an organized progression into live sparring. We stress footwork, offensive combinations, defensive skills, and endurance. You will learn elements of our Battle Ready Kickboxing Program. This provides great preparation for our HagAnaH Self Defense System.
